The founder of ACEW, Mr. Ajay Sharma along with his father Mr. S.L Sharma started this venture back in 1986. Mr. Sharma has a sound knowledge of ferrous castings with over three decades of experience. He has been the driving force of this organization, spearheading the company towards excellence.

Mr. Prathit Sharma is the 3rd generation to join this business, after completing his B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering. (Alma matter of Manipal University)
